WHILE WE WAIT
Our distillery will be busy producing fine spirits that don't take years to mature and ready for your pleasure. With our gins already selling throughout Scotland, our own Scottish rums to be released later in 2025 and our ready to drink cans including gin and tonic available in the coming months, there will be plenty for you to savour from Levenbank Distillery, whilst we await patiently for the first whisky releases.
WEST HIGHLAND GIN
A range of gins with our in-house created wash and GNS delivering our unique SINGLE MALT GIN with all the characters of the barley shining through and working in harmony with the botanicals to deliver a gin for WHISKY LOVERS.

A traditional dry alongside a navy strength and our fruit bursting Scottish Raspberry gin are also available year round and as expected with our approach to whisky and beer, there is no shortage on flavour, whatever your choice of gin.
CU MARA RUM
The mighty River Clyde where our own Leven flows into has played a huge role in the UK rum market for generations.
Fermented exclusively from molasses and distilled in our own column, matured in oak and spiced or not according to style.

The Cu Mara, an ancient gaelic sea hound takes many forms just as our own made rums will from golden to spiced, and dark to navy strength.
READY TO DRINK
A range of in-house produced ready to drink spirit with mixers will also be available.

Gin and Tonic, Rum and Coke all available in the convenience of a can to ensure your favourite tipple can travel with you as you venture into the great outdoors.
